Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email ashcooperco@yahoo.com with your order number.
How do they fit?
Runs slightly large. If you're between sizes, size down.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship to US territories or internationally. PO boxes are fine too.
How many pairs are there?
Drop 001 is a first edition of 50 pairs, ten in each size. When a size sells out, it shows as sold out.
What's your return policy?
Returns are for full store credit, not refunds, and the credit never expires. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn pair in its original box with both dust bags. Size exchanges are free within the same 30 days, we pay shipping both ways, and you don't need the box or dust bags. See Shipping and returns for the full details.
