Welcome to Ash Cooper! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ash Cooper. Ash Cooper operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to give you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Ash Cooper is powered by Shopify, which lets us provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, using or buying from the Services, you agree to these Terms, including any policies they reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
Section 1: Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You're responsible for keeping any account password confidential and for all activity on your account. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate account and purchase information.
Section 2: Our products
We try to show our products' colors and images as accurately as we can. We can't guarantee that your screen shows any color accurately. Products are available in limited quantities. Drop 001 is limited to 50 pairs, and sizes can sell out.
Section 3: Orders and pre-orders
When you place an order, you're offering to buy the products in your cart. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that seem to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
The Chain Pump is sold as a pre-order. You're charged in full at checkout. Pre-order, ships December. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before your order ships by emailing ashcooperco@yahoo.com with your order number. Our Refund policy and Shipping policy are part of these Terms.
Section 4: Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions can change without notice. Prices shown don't include taxes, which are calculated at checkout. You agree to give us current, complete and accurate billing information and to update it promptly if it changes.
Section 5: Shipping and delivery
We ship to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses, including PO boxes. We don't ship to US territories, internationally, or to package forwarding services. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details.
Section 6: Intellectual property
The Services and all of their content, including text, images, graphics, logos and the Ash Cooper name, belong to Ash Cooper or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
Section 7: Optional tools
We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. You use them at your own risk and on the third party's terms.
Section 8: Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices.
Section 9: Relationship with Shopify
Ash Cooper is powered by Shopify. Your purchases are sales between you and Ash Cooper, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the Services or for any claims arising from your use of them.

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information.
Section 11: Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Section 12: Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
The Services may sometimes contain typos, inaccuracies or omissions about products, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct them and cancel affected orders, even after you've placed an order, and we'll refund you in full.
Section 13: Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to collect others' personal information, to commit fraud, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
Section 14: Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if we believe you've broken these Terms.
Section 15: Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund policy, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Section 16: Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ash Cooper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.
Section 17: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ash Cooper harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Section 18: Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Section 19: Waiver and entire agreement
If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't waive it. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
Section 20: Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable US federal law.
